2024 Milestones

New Browser Scale Ticketing Interface
After seven years of insights and feedback, we launched a reimagined desktop ticketing application. Built for scalability, this system enables unlimited, browser-based clients with zero installation required, all through a single gateway PC. This new framework keeps Fast-Weigh at the forefront of construction material point-of-sale.

Fast-Weigh Express Kiosk Design
Our redesigned kiosks now offer customizable options, including heating, cooling, cellular connectivity, and built-in printers. The new Kiosk Monitor feature allows operators to manage multiple kiosks remotely, enabling real-time assistance and a seamless ticketing process for drivers.

Fast-Weigh Silo Loadout
We simplified complex operations for asphalt, frac sand, pugmills, and more by integrating scale ticketing with overhead loadout systems. This module’s auto-learning capabilities, safety controls, and efficiency improvements ensure smoother and faster loading for bulk materials.

Integration with Loadrite Scales
Our partnership with Loadrite enabled seamless integration with their loader scale systems. This collaboration improves in-plant tracking, streamlines ticketing, and provides actionable performance analytics for smarter decision-making.

New Software Features
We released several updates this year to enhance your Fast-Weigh experience. Highlights include the Pending Tickets feature, which lets you pause and resume ticket creation as needed, and the Repricing tool, which simplifies price adjustments at the individual ticket level for greater flexibility and efficiency.

Creating tickets is about to be faster and more flexible than ever. Users will be able to generate tickets directly in the scale ticketing application without needing to establish an order first.

Next Gen Web Portal
The Fast-Weigh Web Portal is getting a redesign, featuring improved functionality and compatibility with mobile devices.

Integrated Scale Ticketing and Payments
Access the Fast-Weigh Scale Ticketing application directly from the Web Portal with no installation required. Plus, enjoy seamless access to AR and Payments for even greater convenience.

Device Server
Our new Device Server is a local installation that facilitates seamless communication between your devices (scales, cameras, printers, and more) and the next-gen Web Portal. It acts as a broker to ensure smooth integration for all connected hardware and operates reliably both online and offline.

Revamped Dispatching Platform
We’re rebuilding our dispatching platform to make managing assignments and routing more dynamic and user-friendly.

SOC 2 Certification
As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data security and compliance, Fast-Weigh is marching towards SOC 2 certification in Q1 of 2025. This means your business data is protected and meets industry-leading standards and accountability.
