The following updates to the Fast-Weigh Web Portal will automatically roll out this evening. Read below for details.
______________
On the Order Setup Screen, when adding or editing an Order Product, you'll see that we have decoupled the Hauler Rate Type and Freight Rate Type fields. Any value placed in the single field previously will copy over to both of the new fields automatically, but you may now have individual Hauler and Freight rate types if needed.
The Customer user role now has the optional ability to view their current Requests or create a new Request.
When a a customer creates a new Request, the request enters a Pending state.
Dispatchers may view Pending Requests by going to Dispatch >> Requests and setting the Status filter to Pending.
Dispatchers may approve a Pending Request by editing it and marking it as Open, or they may deny a Pending Request by marking it as Closed.
NOTE: You can disable your customers from being able to view or create Requests by going to Settings >> User Administration, selecting a Customer user, and checking the Hide Request Screen box.
