Web Portal Update Details

1. NEW Two-Factor Authentication Support

Individual users can now enable two-factor authentication when logging in.

• First, download an authenticator app to your mobile device, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
• On the Fast-Weigh Web Portal, navigate to your User Settings and choose Two Factor Setup.

• This page will display your authentication code. This code updates automatically every 30 seconds.

• On your authenticator app, create a new authentication account.
• The app will prompt you to scan your authentication code or enter it manually. Use the QR code or alphanumeric key provided to you by Fast-Weigh on the screen above. Follow the remaining instructions on the screen.
• Do this for each user login you wish to set up with two-factor authentication.

2. NEW - Trusted Device at Login

The Web Portal login screen now includes a Trusted Device checkbox. The login will expire after 7 days by default, but this default can be edited in your Portal Settings.

3. ERP/Accounting Code Field Added to Region, Location, & Yard

Other Updates

• Add External Customers feature is now available for all ERP/accounting systems.
• Added additional fields to billing exports for Quickbooks Desktop users.
