The use of software platforms has major impacts across any organization; from Quote to Cash to ERP integration, programs can cause significant barriers to operational efficiencies because they are not adaptable to today's technological standards. They become subject to kludgy sub-components in attempt to keep the platform relevant. It is my belief that the age of the archaic client-server-network approach has come to an end in our industry.

Unfortunately, many software companies are not innovating in ways that make a true difference in their deliverable. Many of these companies are re-branding and marketing old legacy software with newer SaaS pricing models in an attempt to keep their platforms relevant, while providing no real intrinsic value to their customers.

Five years ago, the principals of TAC Insight made the decision to redevelop their 40-year old client server software platform as a pure SaaS/Cloud innovation. With hundreds of new clients running our innovative products today, we are experiencing exponential interest and growth from companies across North America.

Leveraging our position, we are able to deliver enterprise level bulk material management into a single web-based platform with effortless efficiency, executing business functions that include quoting, dispatching, ticketing, invoicing, POD, and bi-directional ERP integration. As technological forerunners, we have been able to shift the paradigm, placing us firmly as the only cloud-based scale and ticketing innovation in the marketplace.

Bulk Material Operations will find it exceedingly difficult to remain competitive in their perspective markets if they continue to rely on technologically obsolete systems. TAC Insight's innovative mindset creates the competitive advantage our clients are looking for.
