This weekend, we're decoupling Trucks and Haulers in Fast-Weigh, allowing you to add the same truck to multiple hauling companies. This means you will no longer need to duplicate trucks in order to add them to more than one company.
This change will be reflected in the latest generation Fast-Weigh Scale Ticketing application (browser-based), as well as on the Web Portal. Users of the old Windows 10 ticketing application will not be affected; however, we highly recommend scheduling your company for an update to the newer scale software when possible so you can take advantage of the latest and greatest features!

Adding Multiple Haulers to a Single Truck Record
When editing a Truck record on either the Fast-Weigh Web Portal or the Scale Ticketing Application, you will now be able to establish more than one hauler for a given truck by first choosing a Default Hauler and then adding additional haulers to the truck record.
From the Web Portal:
- Navigate to the Trucks screen and edit any truck. Here, you can establish a default Hauler and choose any additional Haulers the truck should be able to haul under

From the Scale Ticketing Application:
- Just as on the Web Portal, navigate to the Trucks screen on the ticketing app and add any additional Haulers to the highlighted field below. Then save the Truck.
Selecting the desired Hauler during ticketing:
- After establishing multiple Haulers for a given Truck, you will be able to select any of those Haulers during ticketing, as shown below:
