Between approximately 5:30 and 6:30PM EST, Microsoft (our hosting provider) reported a DNS outage that affected Fast-Weigh servers. During this period, some of our customers may have experienced intermittent loss of access to the Fast-Weigh Web Portal. This outage could cause issues with the sync feature on our Fast-Weigh Desktop Ticketing software as well.
We apologize for any impact caused by this short outage. No data loss or processing of tickets were affected during this period. Microsoft has reported that all systems are back to normal, and we will continue monitoring the situation.
