Report Printing on Google Chrome (Workaround Available)

For customers using the Google Chrome browser to access the Fast-Weigh web portal:
A recent update to the Google Chrome browser (version 77.0.3865.75  or higher) has caused an issue when trying to print reports from the Fast-Weigh web portal. Since the Chrome update, running a report and then clicking the Print button in the toolbar results in an error. Unfortunately, we cannot apply a solution on our end. Please stand by as we wait for the Telerik reporting service to apply a fix.

In the meantime, you may use a different web browser (Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, etc.) to print reports from the portal.

You can also export the report to PDF and print from there!
